  17. All work carried out under prior arrangement, within the scope of CIS scheme, in accordance with your quotation. No work to commence without a purchase order number. Paid by BACS on a two weekly basis, on production of a full invoice, quoting our order number, and completed/signed timesheet. Expenses only by arrangement.
  18. Your own regulation PPE is Mandatory along with your own Blue overalls. An ‘Able’ High Viz vest will be provided that must be worn at all times. This will be returnable to the Leading Hand on completion of contracts.
